SISUiQ is an AI-powered RFP response platform that helps consultancies build winning proposals with grounded answers, full audit trails, and seamless exports.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate draft responses. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
7. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SISUiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
